FTP

Just had a lash at the FTP part. Downloaded ipswith ftp.
Typed ftp................ in the url and everthing seemed to go O.K.
Found the readme file in the first folder and answered the magic word.
Still not fully sure as to what I was looking at while looking at the directory structure, but as with the rest of this module, a little bit clicks into place with each study session.
Capitalisation was the missing word.
